Football FanCast updates you with all the latest Tottenham Hotspur transfer news and gossip ahead of the fast-approaching transfer window deadline on 1st September.
Spurs have been very active in the market this summer, having already made six additions to their squad, but newly-appointed head coach Ange Postecoglou doesn’t appear to be finished just yet.
In the latest round-up, one transfer link has re-emerged, while a potential Harry Kane replacement continues to be rumoured with a move to north London.

Adarabioyo twist
TEAMtalk: Fulham and Tosin Adarabioyo’s agent are pushing for the player to join Tottenham Hotspur over AS Monaco.
Spurs have been showing an interest in the former Manchester City defender, but the 27-year-old prefers a switch to Monaco, where he would likely feature more.
The towering centre-back is also in line to earn a better salary with the Ligue 1 outfit than Spurs. Fulham have rejected two offers from Monaco for their 6 foot 5 defender, with the latest worth £8.6m.
Eric Dier is thought to be on offer as part of the deal for Adarabioyo, which is likely why the Cottagers would prefer him to join the north Londoners.
Adarabioyo has entered the final 12 months of his contract and is therefore expected to depart for a fee below his true market value.
Likewise, Dier is also available on a free transfer upon the expiry of his deal next summer, so it would make sense for both parties to facilitate a swap deal before the two players’ values plummet ahead of the January transfer window.
Fulham join Orban race
Football Insider: Fulham have joined Tottenham Hotspur in the race to sign Gent forward Gift Orban.
Spurs will face competition for the 20-year-old’s signature from the Cottagers as they look to replace the departed Aleksandar Mitrović, who has joined Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal.
Spurs have a strong interest in Nigerian striker Orban, who has netted six times in as many appearances this term. It is believed a £25.8m offer would suffice to sign the attacker, but Fulham’s interest could drive the price up if a bidding war commences.
Orban has quickly emerged as one of Europe’s most exciting talents after scoring 26 goals in his first 28 outings for Gent following his arrival in January this year from Norwegian outfit Stabæk Fotball.

Spurs clearout
Evening Standard: Tottenham Hotspur have made six players available for transfer.
Tanguy Ndombele, Hugo Lloris, Djed Spence, Sergio Reguilon and Japhet Tanganga were all left out of the squad in their Premier League opener this weekend and are available to leave the club.
Their one-time record signing, Davinson Sanchez, who came off the bench on Sunday, is also free to leave the club after a six-year stint.
Additionally, Atletico Madrid-linked Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg can leave for the right price.
Promising young talent Alfie Devine is expected to head out on loan, whilst young centre-forward Dane Scarlett remains part of Postecoglou’s plans – at least until summer arrival Alejo Veliz adjusts to his new surroundings.
Outgoings have been few and far between thus far, so Spurs will be keen to accelerate business as the transfer window enters its final stages.
